Yesterday Toby took his girlfriend, Ebony, to the movies. I took him for a haircut in the morning so he'd look his best, and I bought him some credit for his phone in case he needed to sms me or call me to go pick them up.
Anyway, Toby paid for Ebony's movie ticket and then when the movie was finished he walked her halfway home (they changed their minds and decided to come here instead). I then dropped her home before I went to work.
Today he went to meet her at the school at 1pm. They came back here and had some lunch and are now hanging out in his room.
I imagine they'll be together most of tomorrow, and then she is having a roast dinner with us (assuming it's okay with her parents).
She seems like a sweet girl but is a little shy at the moment...very girly and giggly. Toby is clearly smitten.
I'll try to get a pic of them soon - I'm sure they'd both like one of them together.

You think you are getting old, my baby turned 30 last week as you know. I would love to be your age again Cindy so enjoy every minute and Toby I think we should have a talk you're growing up so fast and I am missing spending time with you.

As a mother you realise just how quickly your son is growing up and you feel old, but, now you can see how first loves really look like from the other side.Sweet.
