Time for a big update...lots of pics...

Well, I figured it was about time I updated with some pics, so here goes:

These are some recent pics of Toby. The first two are of him in his Grade 6 uniform. The jumper has all the Grade 6 kids' names on the back. Toby's name is almost dead centre. The third pic was taken on Easter Sunday at mum's house.




Recently we have had a lot of people comment that 'what if the baby turns out to be a girl ?'. Our standard response is that if he turns out to be a she, then there is something seriously wrong... Judge for yourself :




Yes, that's two legs on either side and a big 'winkle' in the middle hehe

Speaking of the baby...here are some recent pics of Elliot sanding the ceiling of the nursery. He just has to finish the sanding, then we can paint, lay carpet and fit a door !! Yayyy




Our cat, Gypsy, has decided that the room daddy is building is especially for her ! She sleeps in there on the lounge chair most nights, and I often catch her just sitting in there looking around. She has also decided the baby carseat and the pram are hers too !



My step-sister, Terissa, had offered to give us her pram, but I have decided that after the baby is born I am going to go to baby boot camp (click that link to see what it's all about) and swimming once a week. (HERE are the Victorian baby boot camp locations for anyone who is interested)

For baby boot camp you need to have a jogger stroller, so when we found this one on special, we grabbed it. It came with a bonus toddler seat too (which we wont need) which is handy if we want to sell the pram or give it to someone else when we are done with it.

Elliot and I got busy last night and made the thank you gifts for our baby shower. ** To settle any confusion, no, we haven't had the baby shower yet (it's on May 7th), we just made the thank-you's early **

I decided not to go with the fries box idea as originally planned as they would have been a lot more work, and I figured most people would just throw them away. I put in a fair bit of effort with the invitations, and I just couldn't be bother with these as well. Still, they have turned out really cute I think. Thanks sweetie for helping me make them :)

Anyway...I think that's about it for now. I am off to put my first meal in our new crock pot, then I am going to mum's to hang out for a while, and then we are going to go and cheer Toby on in his school cross-country race.
