Thurs 20th April

Well, Toby completed the cross-country run yesterday. It was a 4km course and he came 20-something in his age group. They didn't time them, so I don't know officially how long it took, but somewhere around 20 minutes I think. Toby didn't know that Mum and I were going to cheer him on so he was quite surprised when he looked up and saw us standing there.

We had our crock pot lamb casserole last night and it was YUMMY ! There were leftovers to feed 2 people, so I have put it in the freezer for another night when I couldn't be bothered cooking, or for Elliot and Toby to have when I am in hospital with the baby.

Tonight we are having crock pot corned beef (Toby's favourite is corned beef) and I am SO looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Tomorrow we are having marinated roast chook done in the crock pot. I am LOVING this not-having-to-cook thing !! :D

Roasted a marinated chook in the CP -- YUMMO ! Will definately be getting more of those. Who wants leftovers Shazzie, you'll have to come to Melbourne and come for dinner :)

Nope, baby shower not happened yet, it is on Sunday 7th May. I am looking forward to the day because it means I can catch up with all of my friends (well, not all of them because many are online friends from interstate or O/S).
