This week in our house...

Well, the Fiskars Fairy made a deposit at my house yesterday (Thursday) in the form of THREE huge parcels ! Honestly, there is so much stuff my eyes nearly popped out of my head LOL. I received some new tools and consumables (papers, stickers, rub-ons, etc) that are not yet available in store; some that IS available that I need to create some wonderful things with; and my Ambassador kit. I also received my Design Team kit, so all up there were 4 big parcels for me yesterday :D

Only six days ago Lyn announced on the ANZ Blog that Fiskars are phasing out the old grey craft mats and replacing them with lovely PINK and GREEN ones...so look what I was surprised to find hiding at the bottom of my boxes of goodies :

Look at the pretty flowers on it, cute huh ? It's so lovely I don't think I can bear to use it LOL.

I have managed to complete the two projects I had to do for Fiskars. I now have 30 of something to make (3 down, 27 to go) for the Quilt & Craft Fair; I need to write up the instruction sheets for the projects I've done; and I have to create something with the gorgeous new 'Be Loved' range by Cloud 9, currently on sale in kits at KMart.

On top of all that I also have DT commitments for JSJ and have to do three layouts and 2 cards by the end of next week...and make and write up instructions for the "Christmas In July" class. Anyone have a spare couple of weeks they want to lend me ?? LOL

In other news...we have a house full of sickies. Toby has been quite sick with a cold/flu the past week or so. He was sent home from school on Tuesday and only went back today. Elliot came home from work yesterday as sick as a dog (and of course, it's 'man flu' and he's dying - again). And poor little Kade has been running a temperature and woke up at 2am this morning vomiting, and is also suffering with a cold. He's never vomited before so it came as quite a nasty surprise. I've also been unwell and am still not right...but someone's gotta do everything, right ? No sick days for mums...

I hope this finds you all well, and if you too have caught one of these horrid bugs, I hope you're feeling better very soon !
