Can you believe that Kade is two already ?? We can't.
For breakfast we had special birthday pancakes with our neighbours Eileen and Taylah. Kade wolfed his down SO quickly !
The first present he got was his car parking lot, bought by us on behalf of his grandmother in England. We thought he might like something like that as he has been quite interested in his cars lately. Turns out it was a great choice - he loves it ! When he saw it he said "WOWWW".
Eileen, Daniel, Taylah and their baby-bump gave Kade two books and a Simpsons suitcase, bag and wallet set. Almost immediately he flipped the suitcase on its back, sat on it, and started driving it around the loungeroom LOL.
We had to wait a little while till he got his presents from us, but it was well worth the wait. We gave him a swing set and a slide. The slide is his absolute most favourite thing as of now LOL. He kept telling me it was his 'birday swide'. We've taken some video of him and will try to get it on here next week.
I'll try to get some photos here over the next day or so too.
