Because Toby is at his dad's until Wednesday we won't get to see him today. So...Kade and I bought some fish & chips and a bottle of coke went and had a picnic with Toby and his friends at lunchtime. I thought he might be a little embarrassed having a picnic in the park with his mum but all the kids thought it was cool :)
We all sat on a big towel in the park next to the school and had our feast. I also bought some lamingtons (in lieu of a cake) and we lit a candle and all sang 'Happy Birthday' to the birthday boy.
