Today is Elliot's birthday...and I am embarrassed to admit that I actually FORGOT until yesterday (oops).
I wasn't going to bother with a card or present or anything last-minute, but I felt so bad...so...I bought him a 6-pack of Lowenbrau beer, a Crunchie bar and a bunch of yellow roses on my way home from work tonight. A bit of a naff present really, but at least they are things he likes (well, the beer and the Crunchie are).
