In other foodie news...here's a COOKING TIP for you. I read this in one of those forwarded emails that someone sent me and I figured it was worth a try...
Stop celery from wilting by wrapping it in aluminium foil and storing it in the fridge !! Seriously...I bought mine on the 22nd and it's now the 29th and it's as fresh and crunchy as the day I bought it (I'm leaving some in there to see just how long it will last LOL). I have to say, I'm majorly impressed !! I usually buy just a few stalks for the recipe I'm cooking because I know that by the next night, it'll be all limp and useless. Now I can buy a half or a whole and know it will keep :D

There is going to be nice crunchy celery all over Australia - nicely tucked up in aluminium......LOL.
