Remember the other day I made THIS post about a gorgeous little bear I found a pic of at the Q.D.Patooties blog ?
Well...I was so touched by how much Kade loved 'Lil Honey' that I went and bought some felt, drafted a pattern, and made my own version. She's not nearly as good as Lisa's original (if you look, she's a bit crooked and my sewing isn't 100% ~ blame that on the STUPID cotton that kept breaking !!!), but she's very cute and so all-in-all, not a bad effort for a scrapbooker who's never made a felt toy before LOL. Kade loves her and that's the main thing :)
Oh...and for the record...thats a Making Memories flower & brad she's wearing LOL.

Awe Cindy I think she looks gorgeous!! Great job......Kade is a very lucky little boy :) And you drafted the pattern your self.....very clever!! :)
Great job Cindy. I'm so glad your little boy likes it.
Your cotton might have been "breaking" because you were using the wrong weight needle for your fabric. Or it could be the felt that you chose.
WOW! Cindy, chalk this up to another of your many talents! WOW WOW WOW! It is awesome!
awww too cute Cin I'm sure after being a bit loved up she won't look straight anyway...I think she looks fantastic!
Handmade isn't supposed to be straight! She is so cute no wonder Kade loved her.
