I bought half a kilo of green prawns (about $8) and marinated them in Nando's Lime & Coriander sauce; chopped carrots, pak choy, onion, red capsicum and snow peas; stir fried the lot and added some Wokka Singapore Noodles.
Cheap, quick, easy, yummy and healthy !
And speaking of food...I've just found out that I have won 2 Donna Hay Cookbooks from OK Magazine ~ yayyy :)
I had to submit a code word and write in 25 words or less which celebrity I'd like to cook for, and why. I can't remember who I chose or what I wrote, but it was probably John Travolta because he's one celebrity who'd probably actually accept a home cooked dinner invitation.Donna Hay Cookbooks: 40 winners will each receive Simple Essentials: Chicken and Simple Essentials: Chocolate, each book worth $24.99

I think my plates are much bigger than yours! :-p
And congrats on winning another contest! You are so good!! And John Travolta would be lucky if you invited him to dinner!
Yummy-looking! Recipe please! ;)
There is no recipe Sylvie...it's just the ingredients I listed, stir-fried, and add some bottled sauce.
Easy-peasy :)
