We decided we'd have a go at taking some photos of the Lunar Eclipse tonight. This is the best shot that we got (Elliot took it), and it's not bad given that we don't have a telescopic lense or tripod. A shame we didn't have a play with the manual settings a bit earlier...but you live and learn :)

So what time did you have it? We were going to look at it, but we have had quite a rough weekend and were zonked. It was at 5 am around here.
It started at 6:52pm partial eclipse, then full eclipse from 7:52pm to 8:52pm.
Awesome photo Cindy!!!! I didn't even bother trying to take a photo, my camera just can't handle it. Unlike some lucky people I know, I don't have a super duper new digital slr! lol
