Well, today (08/08) Kade is 8 weeks old ~~ already ! Today was the day he went for his first immunisations too. He had three injections and screamed louder than any of the other babies there :( Poor little thing. The lady doing the registrations asked his name and misheard...she asked if these were Kate's first injections. Stupid woman ! LOL
Next week we start going to 'Mothers Group'. I am quite looking forward to it and to meeting other new mums. I met one girl today at the immunisations who is in the same Mother's Group as me. The group goes for six weeks and is on Tuesdday afternoons.
Kade is loving his new playgym (I'll post some photos another time). He likes looking at the colours and hitting the hangy things on it (though it's not necessarily intentional). In the past week he has really gotten more active. He laughs and smiles all the time, and when he is really excited he waves his arms around and kicks his legs ~~ so cute ! When he has his bath he splashes about, and when he is on his tummy he tries to stand up.
Mum came for a visit today and helped me finish off the yummy apple pie I made on Sunday afternoon. I think I might have to make another one :)
Anyway, once again I am typing with a baby laying in my arms, so I'll sign off for now. Hope this finds you all well.

I wish those shots werent so horrible! :( Poor Kade! And I always have had to tell people Kela's name over and over LOL! (Actually, I have to tell them Cassie Faith and Raechel's name over and over too, isnt that strange? As I think they are more common names...)
