Just posting a few pictures. Cindy's dad and his wife drove all the way from Queensland and have spent the week in Melbourne staying with us and Cin's brother and sister. Here's a picture of a proud grandpa and his new grandson. As you can see, baldness runs in the family !

Here's what happens when you give a baby too long a bath......he turned into a human prune !
Cin has been giving Kade massages after his baths to try and help moisturise his skin as he's still a bit of a flakey jake.

Here he is again in Grandpa's arms wearing his new tracksuit bought by Aunty Will.

Thats all the news we have for now...

Did you give him a middle name? :)

Yes Lawanda, Kade actually has two middle names; Stephen and Brendan.

We named him after our brothers. Elliot's brother is Stephen, and my brother is Brendan.

Oh...and I just emailed you...we recieved your gift yesterday -- thank you !! His blankie is beautiful !! *MWAH*

What does "kade" mean, Cindy? :) Ahhhhh he's really such a handsome baby!!!!!!!! Post more pics!!!! :)

Well...depending on how you spell it Sylvie, it means different things but this is what I have found for this spelling.

Kade = "wetlands" and is a Scottish name
Kade = "from the wetlands" and is Gaelic

I actually changed Elliot's name suggestion of "Kane" to "Kade" because I liked it better, and then when we looked it up we found that it is a name. We didn't choose it based on its meaning...
