His Dad and I took him to the doctor, who told us it was definately broken and to go to the hospital to have it xrayed and re-set by a paediatric bone specialist.
So...he had xrays and they said he needs surgery to fix it. I have to take him to see the surgeon on Friday week (the 17th), who will then schedule him for surgery.
For now, they have made a plaster splint to support it, and have bandaged it to keep it still.
And how sad am I.....they don't print xrays onto film, instead they look at them on the computer....I asked for a print out for my scrapbook LOL.
