October "Photo a Day" challenge

All this month I've been taking part in the Fiskars ANZ blog 'Photo a Day' challenge. I am so thrilled with my photo for today that I just had to post it here :

I took the photo today at mums, using her camera (coz I forgot to take mine - DOH!). I've not altered or edited the actual photo in any way, except to distress the edges with Photoshop. The faerie is, of course, real* ;)

If you'd like to see any of my other photos for the month you can see all of the posts that are tagged with my name HERE. Alternately, just visit the blog and scroll through all of the inspiration posts from all of our talented Ambassadors.

* actually, she's a free brush that I downloaded off the internet. I did her colouring on a separate layer under the brush layer.

Ummm. WHOA THAT'S COOL!

So, you are saying that you took the photo of the flower, and got the faerie off the internet and added her in, right?

You are a clever cookie!!! :)

I love VistaPrint! I get the character address labels, they are very cute. I am about to design some for some friends this weekend and I need some new Christmas ones :) Love the designs you went with, beautiful!

Yes Lawanda, that's correct :)

And the Tombliboo's (there are 3 of them) are from the children's program 'In The Night Garden'. Have a look here : http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/inthenightgarden/
