Mediterranean Chicken

Due to popular demand, here is my recipe for Mediterranean Chicken :

There are currently six McCormick Slow Cooker meal bases :

Beef & Mushroom Ragout
Beef & Red Wine Casserole
Garlic & Herb Lamb Shanks
Mediterranean Chicken
Mild Chicken Curry
Tomato & Onion Sausages

The packet says to use 6 chicken legs (skin off). I actually had a pack of 10 so I put them all in. I removed the meat from the bones of the uneaten portion, mixed it into the remaining sauce, and will freeze it to put over pasta or rice when I couldn't be bothered cooking. Oh...and I stirred in a big handful of baby spinach leaves 5 minutes before serving too. You could also put mushrooms in it if you wanted to I guess.
I've had a look online and there are many vaious 'proper' recipes for Mediterranean Chicken, so just have a look for one that suits you.
Anyway, of the McCormick range, so far we've tried the Herb & Garlic lamb shanks ~ YUM (smells VERY garlicky when cooking but tastes fantastic) and the Mediterranean Chicken (also YUM but Elliot didn't like it because the olive flavour went right through it and he hates olives haha). I have the Beef & Red Wine in the cupboard so will try that sometime soon.
