Just a note to wish all of our friends and family a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year. This year should be fun for us, experiencing Kade's excitement (we hope) at seeing all the gifts under the tree.

I have a busy day tomorrow, Christmas Eve. I have to :

• shop for the groceries to make my Christmas lunch contributions;
• make a double batch of potato salad;
• make a banoffi pie;
• prepare a snapper for cooking first thing Christmas morning;
• prepare dinner
• make some chocolate royale mini Christmas Puddings and/or Christmas Mice
• work 5:30 till 9:00
• put up the Christmas tree before bed

On Christmas morning I have to go and pick Toby up from his dad's at 10am. When we get home we'll all open our presents. Then we head off to mum's for Christmas lunch.
