Telephone Technical Difficulties


We've had two technicians out to fix our phone, two days in a row, and the phone STILL doesn't work properly !! It's bad enough that we currently have to use our mobile's to make a call, I am glad that I've not had to take time off work to be here when they arrive !

The tech who came out this morning disconnected the existing phone line and installed a new one. He also gave us a brand new phone, but the line still goes quiet mid-call. I can't even make a call without getting the "the number you have dialled is incomplete or incorrect" message because the line has dropped out while I was dialling the number and it hasn't registered properly.

Optus is sending out engineers on Monday afternoon to see if they can sort it out, but in the meantime, if you call us, I suggest you call our mobiles until this problem is fixed.
