Well, Toby survived his first day at high school :) He was nervous this morning and said he felt sick. This afternoon he said it wasn't as bad as he had expected. He hung out with the friend he made at orientation day last December. He said they didn't do any work today, and I imagine they won't do much else this week besides getting to know eachother and settling in.

Kade has a new friend. I don't know his name, but he's a lovely little guy; so quiet and well behaved. Kade really likes him -- he laughs at him and stands up and tries to hug him and kiss him.

I've been playing with Photoshop again... I have an 'action' that I downloaded that will do this automatically, but I decided to have a go at doing it myself manually. Not a bad effort don't you think ?
