About a week ago, after what seems like forever walking around holding onto the furniture, Kade graduated to taking 2 steps by himself before plonking himself down.
This afternoon he took SIX steps all by himself !! He and I were in the kitchen and he wanted to come to me. So, he let go of the cupboard and took two little steps, but as he did, I stepped backwards, and he kept going ! After the six steps I grabbed him because he was due for a sleep and was getting a bit upset that he couldn't reach me.
He is SUCH a clever baby :)
Toby is adamant that he is "better" because he was walking at 10 months & 12 days (Kade is 8 days off being 11 months old).

Fantastic, you clever little man Kade. I think about you guys every day and check out your blog almost every day and always look forward to the updates. It sounds like I've offended you by not posting comments but you should know me well enough by now that I am not a lover of tapping away on the key board when I can talk to you on the phone. Nooooo....no offense taken by anyone (or intended by us). There are a few like you who prefer to email us, and that's great, thank you. There are also many who read but don't comment (for whatever reason) and we'd like those people to say hi once-in-a-while :)
If I can find the time to post and upload pictures and video, surely anyone who has had the time to read our blog can also take a minute to comment ?
