Firstly, we hope you've all had a lovely Christmas, we have. Christmas lunch at my Aunt & Uncle's was lovely, and it has been great having Dad here. Christmas Eve we had dinner at my brother and sister-in-law's (thanks Brendan & Bruna) and last night we had a late lunch at our friends, Amber & Andrew's.
Kade has had a few restless nights of the holiday season (which we put down to change of routine), but last night I noticed that he has another tooth coming through ! It's the second one in on the top left. This morning I felt it and it has broken through. I have to say, we have been very lucky with him with his teething. He has had no nappy rash and no major grumpiness. Instead, he just dribbles a lot, poos a lot, tugs on his ear a bit and sometimes gets slightly rosey cheeks.
Kade also has a new 'trick'. He 'talks' to you by doing a fake cough. He started it a couple of days before Dad got here, and then when Dad noticed him doing it, he did it back. So now, if Kade wants your attention he'll cough at you LOL. He looks so funny when he does it because he does a really exaggerated blink at the same time. He's also been blabbering a lot as well too. He's still not crawling, but again, it could be any day now (or not for weeks, which is what we'd prefer !).
Elliot is back at work, sadly. I wish he'd been able to have more time off work. Still, it will be good when he can take a week or two off -- paid -- when it's NOT the silly season !

Sounds like you had a real nice Chrissy! Pity Elliot couldnt have more time off tho. Kade sounds like an absolutely angel not fussing too much about his teeth...cant wait to see a video of him crawling!!
