Well, I don't think it'll be long before Kade is walking. In the past few days he has gotten brave enough to let go of the sofa/playpen/my leg when he is standing, and he can stand without wobbling for about 10 seconds !
He's also becoming quite the charmer. When I say "NO!" to him, he cocks his head to the right, smiles, and blinks his eyes. I think he thinks he looks cute and that if he does that I won't tell him off. I will admit that it's very difficult not to laugh at him.
Last night he had us in stitches of laughter. He was in his playpen while we ate dinner, and was standing up, holding onto the side. He went to sit down, but as he did so, he sat on his ball (about the size of a basketball). Well...he figured out that if he held onto the side of the playpen, he could bounce up and down on his ball and have a great time. Funny kid !
